The Website’s Limited Role

This is a private reference website, not an official records office. It does not store government arrest files and cannot confirm a person’s custody status, change a booking record, arrange release, post bond, or submit court or agency documents for a visitor.

Its pages identify public-facing inmate, jail, police, court, and corrections resources for Macomb County and link to outside research services. An agency’s own site or records office remains responsible for its data and decisions.

Acceptable Use Requirements

A visitor agrees to use the site responsibly and must not:

• Use the website while violating federal, Michigan, or local law
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Base hiring, housing, lending, credit, or insurance decisions on site content
• Attempt to enter accounts, servers, systems, or data without authorization

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Macomb County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising partners likewise do not provide screening services through this website. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use information found here for:

We do not control their content, data practices, availability, or security and do not endorse every statement they publish. Visitors should review each destination’s own terms and privacy policy. Michigan government access may involve the Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231, its exemptions, or agency-specific procedures, but those rules do not make this private site an official source.
